RULES OF DISCIPLINE |

1. |
Student should bring to school his/ her diary every day.
|

2. |
Care must be taken of the school property and no student should damage things belongings to the school or to others. Any damage done will be made good by the offender. |

3. |
No valuable or expensive items should be brought to school. |
|
4. |
Students are not allowed to wear jewellery or expensive watches and no expensive pens are allowed. Senior girls may wear small earrings/tops only. |

5. |
The school has a right to take disciplinary action against any student for improper conduct or anti-social behaviour and may, at its discretion, remove such a student from the school rolls. |

6. |
The school may not retain any student who shows by his/her performance that he/she can’t benefit from the type of education imparted in the school. |

7. |
Please ensure that your ward is wearing prescribed school uniform and is having proper nails, shoes and hair cut hair style. |

8. |
Request of change of status from non-day boarder to day boarder and vice versa are not entertained during the session and in exceptional cases, however, may be reviewed on merit.

9. |
Use of unfair means in the examination will be delt seriously and strict disciplinary action will be taken against the defaulter. |
|
10. |
Students are not allowed to make telephone calls. Only urgent messages will be communicated. |

Absence of a student from school must be followed with written application, countersigned by parents, stating the reason for leave. MINIMUM 85% ATTENDANCE IS MUST FOR APPEARING IN FINAL EXAMINATION/GETTING PROMOTED TO NEXT CLASS. |

Medical certificate is essential for sick leave availed for more than two days. Leave availed for special occasion must be duly sanctioned. |

13. |
Continued absence for more than 15 days without leave renders the student liable to be removed from the rolls of the school. Readmission is only possible if seat is available on readmission fee. |

A child who has been suffering from any contagious disease will be allowed to reattend the school only after producing a certificate form the medical practitioner that he/she is free from infection. The same has to be followed on exam/test days.

If there is any change of address, telephone number, the same must be informed to the office immediately. |
|
16. |
Prescribed exercise note books will only be permitted for use in school. No personal diaries will be allowed. |

17. |
Student's absence will be treated as a serious lapse on student's part before test/exams. Marks may be deducted from the next test/exam. |
|
18. |
No students of this school is allowed to take tutions from this school teachers. In case if it comes to your notice please report the matter to principal/manager. |
